Service Description

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, burnout, stress, ADHD, low self-worth, grief, or major life changes, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand yourself. I work with adults and teens navigating challenges such as anxiety, perfectionism, negative self-talk, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, and feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. Some clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from constantly overthinking, people-pleasing, or trying to hold everything together. Others feel completely overwhelmed by life’s responsibilities and find themselves stuck in shutdown, avoidance, procrastination, or “freeze” cycles that leave them feeling unmotivated, disconnected, and frustrated with themselves. Common areas of focus include: • Anxiety and stress • ADHD • Burnout and emotional exhaustion • Self-worth and confidence • Perfectionism and overthinking • Negative self-talk • Grief and loss • Relationships • Life transitions and overwhelm • Emotional shutdown, avoidance, and freeze cycles My approach is warm, empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe therapy should feel human and approachable, and I often incorporate humour when appropriate. Together, we explore both practical coping strategies and the deeper patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be contributing to your struggles. My goal is not just symptom management, but helping clients create meaningful and lasting change.
