Trauma Therapy
Service Description
Trauma can impact the way we think, feel, relate to others, and experience safety in the world. Many people living with trauma feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, constantly on edge, or stuck in patterns they do not fully understand. I work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, panic, PTSD symptoms, attachment wounds, and nervous system dysregulation. My approach integrates Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is widely considered the gold standard treatment for resolving traumatic symptoms, distressing memories, and emotional triggers. Trauma therapy is approached at a pace that feels safe and manageable while helping clients better understand their experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and process unresolved experiences that may still be impacting their day-to-day lives. Trauma therapy may support: • Trauma • Anxiety and panic • Nervous system dysregulation • Childhood experiences • Attachment wounds • Chronic stress and overwhelm • Emotional numbness or hypervigilance My approach is compassionate, grounded, and focused on helping clients move beyond survival mode toward feeling more connected, regulated, and present in their daily lives.
